Refunds

Refunds are not allowed for newspaper and magazine subscriptions.

If online payment trasactions hang due to network or other technical issues, we will retry them in the background and notify you of the status. You are advised to wait for 30 minutes and check the payment status before retrying the same transaction.

In the rare case that you have been charged multiple times for the same transaction, please notify us and we will review and issue a refund. We will process approved refunds within 10 days.
